The Batch Day Blueprint
Consistency isn't posting every day. It's filming one day so the other six take care of themselves. Here's the exact 90-minute run of show.
0:00 – 0:20
Write 7 hooks
Open your calendar, pull 7 hooks, and swap the brackets for your niche. Do not film until all 7 are written down. Writing is the batch.
0:20 – 0:30
Set up once
One spot, one light source, one angle. Face a window. Phone on a tripod at chest height. Clean the background. You will not move this setup again today.
0:30 – 1:05
Film all 7 back to back
One take per video. Mess up? Pause, breathe, restart the sentence — don't restart the recording. Change one thing between videos (a shirt, a position, an angle) so the feed doesn't look identical.
1:05 – 1:25
Edit in CapCut, assembly-line style
Do one task across all 7 videos at a time: trim all, then auto-caption all, then add hook text to all, then export all. Switching tasks per video is what kills batch days.
1:25 – 1:30
Schedule and walk away
Drop all 7 into your scheduler with captions written. Your week is done. Show up in the comments daily — that's the only remaining job.
One batch day. Seven posts. Zero panic.
